A safe working environment at every site is a critical success factor for our business, and we work to protect the health and safety of our employees and associates while reducing the environmental impact of our operations.

Safety every day, on every site
Each shift begins with a toolbox talk. Site teams are supported by an HSE in-charge who reports directly to the site in-charge, so safety decisions are made on site, quickly.
GACL-NALCO Alkalies & Chemicals recognised SMP Constructions for achieving ten million safe man-hours at the GNAL project site.
Certified systems
Our safety policy is structured to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007, and our respect for the environment is reflected in a system that conforms to ISO 14001:2015.
