On site
Each site is led by a site in-charge, supported by field engineers and site supervisors, an HSE in-charge, a quality in-charge, a store in-charge and a site accountant. This structure keeps decisions close to the work.
Training and recognition
Regular training sessions at our Bharuch office cover quality, safety and project management, and we recognise teams for their contribution to the company’s success.
